Any attempt to carry out “La Reconquista” would negate the Treaty ending the Mexican War of 1848. The war would then resume, all Mexican nationals in the United States would be enemy nationals and subject to IMMEDIATE arrest, internment for the duration, and repatriation to whatever is left of Mexico after the end of the war.
