Wikileaks: good or bad?
vanity | self

Posted on 12/06/2010 11:06:37 AM PST by Brookhaven

I'll admit to having mixed feelings about Wikileaks.

On the one hand, I abhor the release of classified material that might put our country in danger.

On the other hand, I'm starting to wonder why much of this was classified to begin with.

(1) My gut tells me 95% of this stuff was known to everyone execpt the general public anyway. China thinks N. Korea is a spoiled child; Arab countries in the Middle East think Iran is the real threat--not Israel; is there any intellegence service in the world that was unaware of these facts? But revealing this kind of stuff to the general public would make a huge difference in how the public views the administration's approach to these problems (which seems to be appease N. Korea and blame Israel).

(2) I'm wondering is much of this stuff should have even been classified to begin with. I noticed an article about "climage change (global warming)" information that was contained in Wikileaks. Why would there be classfied global warming info?

The more info that comes out, the more conflicted I am about whether this is a good or bad thing.

Their terrible. I won’t even read them because it feels treasonous. Is it wise that articles containing classified information from wikileaks is posted here? Loose lips sink ships.

And how many of our troops and friends are you willing to sacrifice for that? Our national security is more important than your need to know. Honestly, some here have allowed their hatred of government to override their loyalty to country.

You have no idea of the depth of corruption in the planetary governing systems. None whatsoever. These people, if they are not stopped, are going to reduce the entire human population of earth to 500 million, who will all live in the same conditions as 10th century Europe, except for the elite, who will have a 22nd century lifestyle on the backs of the remaining serfs.

500 million. That means the extermination of 5.5 *billion* people, if the coordinated efforts of the rulers of Earth get their way.

So yes, I am guilty of supporting anything that slows or stops that goal from being achieved.

Holy cr*p. You must be kidding me.

How can you reach adulthood and not know anything about the Georgia Guidestones, Agenda 21, the CFR, or the Tides Foundation?

(Guys, get a load of this one. She should be bronzed as the last example of a completely naive conservative).

Sara, I am having difficulty understanding how a lady of your age, I’m guessing over 30, could not know about the New World Order, Agenda 21, One World Government and the other groups who support Global Government. The only possible explanation is that you are getting all of your news from the TV and liberal newspapers.

I see that you support Sarah Palin. I do too, hoping she will run. I have gathered some quotes from President George Bush (January 1991), Henry Kissinger, World Affairs Council Press Conference, Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel , April 19th 1994, Sen. Joseph R. Biden, Jr. in the Wall Street Journal (April 1992), James Paul Warburg 1950, Robert Kennedy, former U.S. Attorney-General, 1967, Nebraska State Senator Peter Hoagland, speaking on radio in 1983, President Bill Clinton 3-22-94, and Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., in Foreign Affairs (July/August 1995).

Our current choice for legislative candidates is lawyers who cannot earn a comfortable living working in the Courts and we can see the corruption that has resulted from them. Perhaps there is something about needing more combat veterans in our government positions.

The criminals in this situation are the senior members of both parties in the Congress and Senate. They have accepted as their goal, establishing a NWO and having the United Nations as the center of authority.

I cannot comprehend how someone with free personal liberty would voluntarily become a slave. This bureaucratic collectivist one-world government has been the dream of many since the inception of the League of Nations and world peace. When the League of Nations collapsed the United Nations was proposed in 1945 as the replacement. The Charter of the United Nations in no way, shape or form grants individuals the liberty they have under the US Constitution.

“If we do not follow the dictates of our inner moral compass and stand up for human life, then his lawlessness will threaten the peace and democracy of the emerging new world order we now see, this long dreamed-of vision we’ve all worked toward for so long.” — President George Bush (January 1991)

“[The New World Order] cannot happen without U.S. participation, as we are the most significant single component. Yes, there will be a New World Order, and it will force the United States to change it’s perceptions.” — Henry Kissinger, World Affairs Council Press Conference,
Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel , April 19th 1994

“How I Learned to Love the New World Order” -article by Sen. Joseph R. Biden, Jr. in the Wall Street Journal (April 1992)

“We shall have World Government, whether or not we like it. The only question is whether World Government will be achieved by conquest or consent.” — Statement made before the United States Senate on Feb. 7, 1950 by James Paul Warburg

“All of us will ultimately be judged on the effort we have contributed to building a NEW WORLD ORDER.”—Robert Kennedy, former U.S. Attorney-General, 1967.

“Fundamental Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000, when America will be part of a one-world global society and their children will not fit in.” —Nebraska State Senator Peter Hoagland, speaking on radio in 1983.

“When we got organized as a country and we wrote a fairly radical Constitution with a radical Bill of Rights, giving a radical amount of freedom to Americans...” “And so a lot of people say there’s too much personal freedom. When personal freedom’s being abused, you have to move to limit it. That’s what we did in the announcement I made last weekend on the Housing Projects, about how we’re going to have weapon sweeps and more things like that to try to make the people feel safer in their communities”—President Bill Clinton 3-22-94, MTV’s “Enough is Enough”

Does TSA come to your mind when you read this?
“We can’t be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans..”—
Bill Clinton USA Today—3-11-93, page 2a

“We are not going to achieve a new world order without paying for it in blood as well as in words and money.” — Arthur Schlesinger, Jr., in Foreign Affairs (July/August 1995)

I’m sure your first reaction will be to call me a nutcase or worse for posting this but all of it is verifiable. Select the quote and I’ll be glad to verify it for you.

Having read original documents in our leaders, elites, the oligarchy’s own words for

more than 45 years . . .

There’s NO THEORY to it.

it’s long established solid fact.

They are increasingly brazen about it because they know they can’t and won’t be stopped at this point.

The Bible even is clear about that much.

Grotesque ignorance AND shallow ad hominems.

Your husband is one lucky guy.

Did you bother to google any of the terms I supplied you, or did you just watch Oprah and then post this response?

What kind of conservative with use a liberal charatur of a someone on the right as their user name? What kind of conservative would support endangering our national security and the lives of our troops in order to expose some wild conspiracy theory?

Can you read, or do you just post your ill-conceived noise in a blind, random vacuum?

You're making yourself a laughing stock. Now read some of the responses that have been posted to you on the topic of this subject, and respond with something intelligent.

One more ad hominem insult from you, and you will have my full, undivided attention. And that's not something you'll enjoy.

Why don’t you answer my questions?

2 reasons:

1) I asked you a question first to which you have not responded. Until you respond, you owe me an answer, and I owe you nothing but withering contempt and increasing laughter at your expense.

2) Your questions are simply far too stupid to warrant a serious response. You are a self-parody. They are of the caliber "Well, you've got dark hair, and Mao had dark hair, so why do you like looking like a mass-murdering Communist? Huh? HUH?". And don't let me dissuade you from the same line of questioning. Everyone here finds it priceless in its amusement value.

You've just about got my attention now. One last chance for you to engage your survival instinct, and answer my question:

Have you read and/or researched any of the data from the responses posted to you on this thread?

No, I asked the first question. How many troops are you willing to see dead just to quell your need to know?

Why don't you explain to everyone why you use the handle of a liberal caricature of a conservative?
