Look at his posts, all he does is harass people. Non-Bloggers as well. People constantly complain about him, but the mods do nothing. I am calm, but it would be nice if Jim would openly state the rules.
I do not steal videos. When a person posts a video on YouTube, they have the option to post the embed code or not. If the code is there, they obviously do not care if the video is shared. I want people to go my site, so they can see as much information as possible in this issue. Maybe you would bow down to his foul language and harassment. But I will not. If he is a mod here, they need to rethink that move.
Once again, why do you support his constant harassment of non-bloggers?
You DO steal them when you list yourself as the author of the content.
If I make a video about how to fix a sticky bolt on a Mosin Nagant M44
and you rip it off and write a couple of lines about it and post it,
does that video magically become yours? I think not.
You just rip stuff off and pretend to have a stake in the subject. For blog hits.

Personally, I have teased humblegunner several times about his mysterious existence. I believe he is the only FReeper who can continue to post even when he is banned simply because is just very determined and very good at what he does. He is a juggernaut. Other than that I know nothing about him.
I realized that he was consistent and honest and correct (at least in my point of view, as I said) so I just kinda enjoy his bringing the real pimps into line. Sometimes, like in this case, it gets kinda personal on both sides. I tend to think you should both go calm down somewhere. You both have a right to your opinion and, according to the admin moderator who had to modify this thread, some rules were definitely broken, so that needs to be taken into account.
Now I shall gracefully bow out 'cause I'm kinda chicken and I've probably said too much anyway. Especially this: Humblegunner makes me laugh. ;0)
