Austrian MP Ewald Stadler
Who did he “steal” the video from?
The whole issue about “stealing” a video from the Austrian parliament is one of the dumbest things I have heard.
And, I do hear a lot of silly stuff living in Europe :-)
Though I do think that the proper acknowledgment of this video would be mr. Stadler himself. He is the one delivering the content. When i post a Pat Condell video, as I do sometimes, I type in Condell into the author field.
Who did he rip the video from?
shees Allegra :-)
Mr. Gunner.
Not that it matters to you, but I find you very funny. Probably because I have an empathy problem.
Pity would probably have been the appropriate emotion.
Cheers :-)
“As far as HG goes I guarantee you, he’s not a mod. And, he is one fine upstanding individual”
Are you implying admins are scoundrels? :-)
Anyhow, I guess I should have avoiding straying straight into a discussion without having a clear idea about exactly what the discussion entailed. Obviously there are long running “issues” involved. I guess I was just disappointed to find very little discussion about the actual video.
Though, guess it was overly optimistic of me to expect 700+ comments on FreeRepublic on some youtube video from Austria :-)
And, I apologize for my last comment to Humblegunner. It’s never good to be mean.
Take care boys and keep fighting the good fight.
Though, I might argue that there are more important crusades to take up than the one against blogpimps :-)
Have a nice weekend,
Euro.
Are you implying admins are scoundrels? :-)
That is another thread worthy of itself.
I am up at this early hour because I am fixin to go check my linse. Those are photos from a few years back, just getting back into it, It’s catfishin time in Texas.
Good to hear you’re getting back into fishing. Remember this:
Bragging may not bring happiness, but no man having caught a large fish goes home through an alley.
The video is worth watching and has spread to multiple YouTube pages, this one with over 200,000 views since December 1...
I remember it well.
Well enough to recall it had nothing to do with any blog.

And if the content of the blog along with a direct link to the video was on Free Republic, it would generate more discussion on Free Republic.
There is no problem with a link back to the blog for folks that want to find similar content. But to use Free Republic to drive traffic to the blog, while leaving the content off Free Republic, does not benefit Free Republic.
Jim Robinson and Admin Moderator have stated the same.
Then why have someone come to FreeRepublic, mention the video exists, then leave the direct link to the video out?
Why first require FReepers to visit a blog to see the video? If the desire is really to get the message out, then the direct link to the video should be included.
Ingredients:
Cake base
5 large eggs (4 yolks, 5 egg whites)
1 cup cake flour
2/3 cup icing sugar
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Coffee cheese mousse
1 package of cream cheese, 250g
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp gelatin
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup of sugar
Cake topping
1 star fruit
1 dragon fruit
1 kiwi
1 orange
mint and sliver sugar balls
5 tbsp boiling water
1/2 tbsp gelatin
1 tbsp sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven 325F.
Cake Base
1. Mix cake flour, 1/3 cup icing sugar ( another 1/3 saved
for the egg white), baking powder, salt.
2. Shift through
3. Add vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and 4 egg
yolks.
4. Mix well
5. Put 5 egg white in a different bowl.
6. Beat egg white for 3 minutes, add the rest of 1/3 cup
icing sugar, and cream of tartar.
7. Beat for few more minutes
8. It is ready when the egg white does not move by putting
the bowl upside down. (soft-peak stage)
9. Prepare the bake pan, with parchment paper underneath, and around.
10. Mix egg white with the flour batter 1/3 at a time. Fold
it in gently to prevent losing the volume.
11. Pour the batter into the baking pan.
12. In the oven, lower the temperature to 300F, 55 minutes.
When ready, use the tooth pick to test it. If tooth pick
comes out clean, It is done.
13. Put the pan upside down on a cooling rack for about an hour.
14. Remove the pan and parchment paper on the side, save
the parchment paper at the bottom, continue to cool.
15. Use four tooth picks to center each side of the cake.
Cut along the tooth picks making sure that the
cake is evenly cut into two slices. Same method can
be used to cut three layers as well.
16. Put the bottom layer back into the baking pan.
Surround it with new parchment paper.
"links" should have been "threads".
Not all of them get "picked on".
Just the scummy, lying, deceitful blogpimps.
Try to pay attention.
Liars, friars, pants on fires.
The blogger section sure has been cleaned up a bit though.
