In today's broadcast, conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh said that the contrail spotted off the California coast by a KCBS news helicopter was a missile. "I've talked to experts" he said. "It was a missile." The comment puts him in line with many who doubt the administrations characterization of the contrail seen off the California coast as that of an airplane.

Since you say it’s an airplane without a doubt. Please tell us what kind of airplane expert? Certainly you cannot be this stupid to know how retarded your argument of “it’s an airplane” sounds? Like I said before just saying....
You mean, records like this one?
The link shows the flight path of UPS Flight 902. It's an excellent candidate, seeing as how it flies along the very path of the supposed missile, at about that very time the cameraman shot the video, and it flies that route just about every day.
I've also seen similar contrails on a regular basis for years and years, and none of them have turned out to be missile launches.
Your argument points that this was anything other than a missile are extremely weak. You have to government stooge or a dumb schmuck to believe sewage that your putting out.
LOL! You're quite the spewer of bile, aren't you? Do you have any actual evidence that can back it up?
Or do you just wish it was a missile, for some juvenile reasons of your own?
Almost as disgusting as mistaking a UPS jet for a Chinese missile. If your NORAD general made that mistake while still in command he might have precipitated World War III.
Wow you are as dumb as you sound. ROTHFLMAO!
Hey Schmuck MD-11 don’t make those type of trails coming from Hawaii. You are killing me!! This it too easy. LOL!
Second, if this was the case (even though it’s impossible), then how come you do not see it on other MD-11s flying into Los Angles the second largest city in the United States? Do you really believe that is the ONLY MD-11 that flew that route for the FIRST TIME EVER??? LMAO!
Third, if what you are saying is true, then why hasn’t the FAA come out to the public and say here is the flight number, it flew out from Hawaii, and landed at LAX????
You have to be a government stooge or you really are embarrassing yourself. I’m not joking. Did you graduate from high school?
Finally, when you answer my question with a question (very sophomoric)? All I think of is Check Mate. You are in over your head pal. Quit why you can!
Thanks for the laugh! LOL!
You certainly didn't. Maybe because you didn't actually ASK directly an air traffic controller who works the L.A. area whether it was a missile or not, and therefore didn't receive an evasive answer that spoke volumes.
Could you provide links to all the blogs and forums where established, verifiable L.A. area air traffic controllers are posting publicly and discussing this? If so, surely you'd be able to excerpt comments where they're hooting with laughter at the gullibility of "kooks" thinking it was a missile. Surely you'd be able to point to ATCs who feel duty-bound to reassure an understandably frightened populace not to worry, that it really was an airliner.
But you carefully avoided responding, and also blew off some pretty pointed questions. Here it was, if you recall, from another thread days ago:
Dead asks: Can you believe that every air traffic controller in California would lie too? None of them saw anything resembling a missle.
I queried: Where have you seen public commentary on this particular incident made by L.A. airspace air traffic controllers?
****CRICKETS******
Dead speculates: Any commerical fisherman or casual pleasure boater would also have to keep the secret if he saw a missle enter or exit the sea.
I query back: How many miles from a commercial or pleasure boat can you see before the curvature of the earth makes something (at sea level) out of view?
****CRICKETS*** (the correct answer is seven miles) I've been on a commercial fishing boat plenty of times in the Channel Islands. I know how small is the handful of possible witnesses to which dead refers as if they were legion. Of that tiny handful of possibilities, an even tinier number would be inclined to post on the internet or demand coverage from local media.
Dead speculates: The 4,000 or so residents of Catalina Island certainly must have noticed and ICBM exploding from the sea right next to their homes.
I inqure: What do the people of Avalon see when they look west or northwest? ****CRICKETS****
(correct answer: Mountains. Steep, overshadowing mountains.)
One last thing. Your link on the flight path is far out its impossible to tell. Moreover, it’s impossible to tell the exact flight path from a video. Well other than knowing the general area.
I can tell you don’t JACK about aircraft or flight paths. However, if you are a government hack, then you need to tell your other dead beats ,that leach off my tax dollars, to get a better impostor. You are failing miserably. LOL!
You didn’t read his bio did you? Typical. Suck your toe while your foot is in your mouth.
That’s why Rush is only right 97.?? percent of the time......LOL!
If you want to bash patriots you go right ahead. (ptooey)
lol..... that sentence makes more sense than anything else you've said.
You boys go ahead and think it was a missile, though.
Thank you, oh mighty father, for your permission.
This contrail is of a plane that came over LAX at very high altitude and landed at Ontario Airport further East. Given the right conditions it will happen ever day since this is a scheduled freight flight ~ and observers have found this to be so.
Or Zero decided to vote present again.
Nope.
Our ready forces would have been 30-35 minutes into reactive posture before Zero even heard about it.
Nothing happened. The dog didn't bark.
End of story.
There are numerous missile experts who have publicly stated that it was definitely a missile. If an online blogger says it was an airplane and a retired NORAD general says it was a missile who are you going to believe?
Yes.
(Hey, JoeA: ;^)!!)
Jim, it was a missile. You need to start analyizing the response on that premise. My take: it was one of several recent tests in the area by us or by our allies, and that's why your "dog didn't bark." On the other hand, others affiliated with the military who are considerably more knowledgeable about missile tech than I, say that the missile wasn't one of ours. NONE of them say it was a plane.
Former Assistant Director at NORAD, General Jim Cash says “there is absolutely no doubt that what was captured on video off the coast of California was a missile launch !!!”
Yeah. What does HE know! ;^) Now, the guy at ContrailScience.com, or that Rick Warren guy — THOSE are some smart fellas worth listening to. /s
Most rational one-shot differentiatior I have seen in many a thread!
