How are home gardens outlawed? I am not in favor of the legislation, but I am wondering how one might get home gardening out of this definition:

From discussions I’ve seen on the subject, the word ‘commercial’ would also apply to roadside veggie stands, and, in the hands of overzealous regulators (is there any other kind??), the wording can also be construed such that sharing your harvest with neighbors - without money changing hands - could also fall under this, and bring your home-use garden under regulatory scrutiny...
The phrase ‘can-of-worms’ comes to mind.....
