This is the best political ad I have ever seen! I mean, this is a total game-changer and is unprecedented as I have never seen a Republican do this before. It succinctly lays out the issues and why only conservative remedies are the best option. Especially the part about education.
Man, will you look at those keywords. Some people here really have it in for Christine O’Donnell.
I just don’t understand how attacking the Conservative in Delaware the day before the primary helps Conservatives. How does that help Conservatives at all?
And it’s clear that Jim Rob is strongly pro Christine.
Can’t the admins just look and see who is attacking Christine and turn off their account for 24-36 hours?
I just don’t see how attacking a Conservative the day before the election helps Conservatives.
I remember the Scott Brown situation. There were people attacking Brown, but the argument was that he wasn’t conservative enough. That’s a valid enough argument on a Conservative site. He was too RINO, we didn’t want to have to remove him later, etc.
Here are RINO arguments being used. Her Conservative credentials aren’t being challenged. The answer to all the detractors is really “shut up and help her win”. She’s Conservative, she’s not Mark Kirk. Nothing that the detractors say matters. Because she’s a solid Conservative, this is a Conservative site, not a RINO site.
In the entire history of Free Republic, have you ever seen a Conservative so attacked?
The funny thing about keywords is you can add them, too! Check out my contributions...
Unlike many places in this country, with the "good ole boys club" system between *both* parties in Delaware (remember Castle was supposed to 'win' this senate seat, merely to occupy it until VP Biteme's son was ready to take it), a vote fraud machine never really took root in Delaware. I sincerely doubt they could manufacture one, wholesale, in the short time between the primary that Castle lost, and tomorrow...

OK I signed up. I’ll call any and everyone I get. If you know someone, tell them to send me numbers.
Check out Palladin’s posts on this thread...

Palladin is not what he presents himself to be. Why does he use material from Wiki and a gay website to promote his arguments?
Pali-laddie, are you ready to come clean?
There are a lot. Maybe we can make a list of Christine haters. GOP_lady is bad.
That’s good to hear....Hope she can pull it off...Beyond the Dems other losses they will lose their minds if they lose this seat to her......It will be an interesting day...Gonna be hard to wait all day to hear the results....
bump for tomorrow
One of the most interesting things about this race, is the fact that neither of the two current contenders were supposed to win it at the outset. This is what has the entire DC establishment in an absolute tizzy. Coons was nothing more than a sacrificial lamb in an inevitable Castle crushing victory. But, a funny thing happened on the way to the general election, which the 'power elite' still hasn't recovered from...

I think that’s important. I’m not sure that either party really has a great tradition of GOTV at all in DE.
Minner won reelection by 5% in 2004. That was the closest Governors race in recent memory - since 1992 at least.
Castle’s closest race was Governor 1984 55-45.
Carper won 56-44 Senate 2000 and 52-46 US Rep 1982.
Roth’s closet race was Senate 1982 55-44
Biden did have a tough race in 1972 50-49. This is “his” seat, and a tough race with the young candidate winning would be fitting.
When she wins, she a Senator the next day and votes in the lam duck session.
Who else? Maybe they can start their own "I HATE COD DAMMIT" pinglist.
Perhaps a better name might be "A RINO BEFORE ANYBODY!"
Hey folks, I've been pinging you. So far you've got nothing to say. I really like your name issues, Palladin (is it Paladin or Pali-laddie?). The fact is, I really have been praying for you (per my post on that other thread).
Jim Rob...I've said it many times. This is your house and I have always tried to play by your rules. I generally avoid bringing you into skirmishes. If I'm out of line I respect your decisions. I appreciate how you protect the paleoFReepers. If I'm in the wrong, I deserve a smack down. However, there are some weird things happening on FR. And it's NOT Darksheare's Coffee! But maybe you should forbid darksheare from making coffee...just under general principle.
As a free lancer she managed to appear on Maher PC 22 times, and multiple times on O'Reilly and Hanity. I would call that a well paying part time 'job'.
I bet there are more if you checked her complete resume.
Stop bringing up facts, you'll be accused of being a liberal.
Epic on your part.
Liberals deal in emotions, not in facts; and in assumed intellectual superiority as a basis for an unending supercilious attitude.
Palestinian has them both in spades.
...and as for the worth of college degrees w.r.t. policy, a Harvard Law Degree has sure done a lot of good for Teh One.
...or look at Biden, Kerry, Gore, Franken; Rachel Maddow was a Rhodes scholar.
Counterexamples tendered. QED.
Cheers! Cheers!
To all you people who claim to be conservatives, but spew your garbage about Cristine and others, I say what good is all the negativism going to do. If you are so above these candidates get your asses out there and run for something. Don’t come on here and spread negative thoughts and indecisive mutterings unless you are willing to walk the walk to prove that you can do better. Now is the time for unity among us if this country is going to survive. This is the real deal and it transcends politics. This is a battle for our very lives and our future way of life. I mean it. If you are a true conservative and patriot you will not talk down on a fellow conservative who is giving their heart and soul for the good of the people. Now is the time to for us all to stand together and be strong. It’s only a few hours more, but the battle has yet to be won. We must all vote to win.
When Scott Brown was running in MA not long ago, everyone knew he wasn’t very conservative, but at least he was an “R” and I didn’t see this kind of nastiness towards him at all.
Nope.
This nastiness is saved for Christine O’Donnell, for some odd reason.
Stop bringing up facts, you'll be accused of being a liberal.
The facts are, she did get her degree but not the diploma. It was held up until she paid her loans. Millions of graduates post graduation owe the Feds for loans. The interest is minimal and you're better off putting your money in the bank for interest.
