I’m going to go out on a limb and say the real impetus wasn’t the possibility of a lawsuit but the certain loss of political advertising dollars. Does Dan Fagan bring in more revenue than the loss of that woman’s (I refuse to say her name) tainted money? The math may have looked bad. It’s still an abuse of power that is almost murcowsky-like....oh, wait. *rolleyes*
You could sure be right, but I think Murky the evil, just wants him off the air until AFTER TUESDAY, and then permanently when she loses, but she’ll also lose her power come January.
