The blowback towards NPR is already happening. Yahoo had an article about it at 9:12 EST this morning. As of right now, there are over 20 THOUSAND comments on that article's comment thread, predominantly negative towards NPR's actions.

Its all over facebook as well. And I have yet to see a single comment from either side defending NPR. And I run in a lot of political forums that have both Left and Right points of view.
