Because the person directly above Obama’s name in the 1960-64 birth index that the HDOH allows the public to see (and which has a glaring difference from the other birth index books) is “Obado, Duplicate Mae”, where no other Mae Obado is listed.
And because the HDOH now refuses to release the 1961 birth index even after saying to me in official communications that they could, and saying in a nationwide AP interview that they could. HRS 338-18 requires index data to be made publicly available - which includes the right to copy. There is no legal justification for their resistance. There is some other reason they are resisting.
And we know that Obama’s BC has been amended and he has posted a forgery. So there is good reason to question whether he was born in Hawaii. Especially if - as it seems - he amended his BC to add a birth weight to complete the BC 45 years after his birth. Why didn’t his mom just take him to a Hawaii doctor within 30 days of his birth and have the BC completed at that time?
IOW, other evidence suggests that what he has said about Obama not being born in Hawaii is accurate.
