A COUP, THROUGH and THROUGH (3 of 3) is the final installment in the 3-part series describing the fraud pulled off at the 2008 DNC Services Corporation Presidential Nominating Convention in order to ensure Barack Obama would receive the nomination so that his name would appear next to the D on the general election ballot. The groundwork for the present article, “The Coup at the Convention,” was laid in the first 2 (two) installments, A COUP, THROUGH and THROUGH (1 of 3); and A COUP, THROUGH and THROUGH (2 of 3). Trust me, if you understand what got us here, to the convention, then you are now at the same jumping off point as those people who were determined to steal the nomination. Yep; just like you, from here on in, they were winging it, too. Because something they hadn’t anticipated happened at the start of the convention which could have derailed their best laid plans to obtain the nomination. Indeed, as I wasn’t there, it is only in retrospect I can explain to you what I later realized is about to go down, notwithstanding as it turns out, I was responsible for what happened next...

... remember 2008 and never participate in such a fraudulent process again.
... the biggest fraud ever perpetrated in American history and you see what it got us.
... this man should never have made it to the general election (thanks pelosi, reid, and other criminals).

... if Hillary has any sense she will leave this disgusting sham of a “democratic” party.

... if she runs on the ticket with obama then Hillary is the biggest fool there ever was and deserves to lose.

... but she always sticks with her abusers — she has a history of that — therefore Hillary is not BOLD enough and just needs to fade into retirement after obama loses in 2012. She is a “wronged” woman over and over again.
A classic case of battered wife syndrome.

This is not about ‘remembering.’ This is not about ‘Hillary.’ This is about understanding how our political process works and, where it does not work, fixing it. That means, if you live in a vote binding state, contact your AG to find out what recourse exists to ensure the laws regarding party primaries and caucuses are followed, including, how to ensure votes by pledged delegates at party nominating conventions are ON THE RECORD! If your state has no such laws, these need to be implemented. If your laws “entitle” the name of the party nominee to appear on your state ballot, amend those laws so that when a party violates state laws, it loses that right. How’s that for starters? In short, there’s a lot of REAL WORK to do. I only explain to you how our political process was subverted. Citizenship in our Constitutional Republic is not a spectator sport.

what has you even believing that our 1st co-pres of the two-for-one deal is some kind of fragile flower ?
everybody forgets or neglects exactly who she is and that the same game with the mediyuuh was played to get them elected. They erased their prior “lives”,arkansas flu, blood scandal,etc-

Hilary was the power behind the throne.
Our co-president,never been heard of before- and nobody did a thing about that either.

Thanks for your hard work and a very thorough presentation.

We must remember we are dealing with crooks whose only goal is POWER. Ethics and moral conduct are imposed on their opponents while there are none for them.

Do you remember during the turmoil of the 2000 election that Bob Beckel was on TV urging Bush electors to violate their oaths and vote for Gore? The strategy is not new. They have simply refined it and taken it underground.

Thank you for recognizing my hard work.

Electors must obey laws. Each state needs a law requiring Electors only to elect a President who is Constitutionally eligible for the job. (And make sure your legislature rejects the National Popular Vote Initiative! Otherwise, even if your state’s laws are in order; you might be stuck with the ineligible candidate imposed by the next state!)(http://jbjd.org/2010/07/24/npvi-by-hook-and-by-crook/)

Each state needs a law requiring ...

I suppose they do but as you have seen the Democrats pay little attention to the laws and the rules. In all likelihood Obama is not eligible to be President but they simply ignored the Constitution, broke the rules (as you laid out) to make him the Democrat nominee and certified him with an altered certificate of eligibility and now he is POTUS.

But it’s not just the D’s! And public officials of whatever party work on behalf of all of the citizens of the state, of whatever party. We the people enacted laws in some states that say, Electors must vote for the party nominee. R & D. So, if the nominee is Constitutionally ineligible for the job; and they elect him or her (Bobby Jindal, for example); we have ourselves to blame. Why didn’t we enact laws that said, Electors may only elect a President who is Constitutionally eligible for the job? I have been discussing these issues on my blog for 2 (two) years now, although understandably, the earlier work is less sophisticated than it became, as I learned more. Yes; I was a complacent citizen once upon a time, too. But no more. (Luckily, I never considered the R’s to be any different from the D’s. But I had no idea how corrupt was either group.)

My experience and observations have been that conservatives, in general, are more honorable than liberals. At present, conservatives have made their home the Republican Party.

Having the law means absolutely nothing if citizens are not storming their state capitals to ensure the law is enforced. The AG is the chief law enforcement official in the state. In applicable states, camp out on his or her steps; and bring the press.

Election fraud is a crime. Swearing to state election officials a candidate is eligible for office in a state that requires such eligibility to get the name on the ballot, before ascertaining whether the candidate is eligible; just to get those officials to put the name on the ballot, constitutes criminal election fraud.

You are welcome. I was a complacent voter in 2000 (and every year before 2008). And I knew more than most about the election process! Maybe that’s why I am so indefatigably trying to make up for lost time. At least, if this work kills me, it’s written down for posterity.
