House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday said she supports an investigation into groups opposing the building of a mosque near ground zero in New York.
Pelosi told San Francisco’s KCBS radio that “there is no question there is a concerted effort to make this a political issue by some.”
“I join those who have called for looking into how is this opposition to the mosque being funded,” she said. “How is this being ginned up?”
Republicans have signaled that they will try to turn the mosque into a campaign issue, and nearly all of the leading national Republicans have weighed in against the mosque's construction.

IMHO Nancy Pelosi is certifiably insane—to the point of being dangerous.

They will do exactly what the Clinton's did in 94/95.
There will be an orchestrated news campaign that the “Right Wing Extremist”, white supremest, KKK, neo-nazies are out to overthrow the govt., and there will be an “INCIDENT” like the OKC bombing to make it appear that the “Right Wing Extremist” have teamed up with the terrorist.
You might recall shortly after Zippo was election, the left started a campaign that the right wanted to assassinate Zippo and it was being led by Glen Beck.
Howard Dean let it slip this was a repeat of the dems strategy from 94, only then Rush was the one leading the campaign to assassinate the prez.
Low and behold, Bill Clinton took a trip to the Philippines early 95 and shazam, Kalid Sheik Mohammed had a plan for an attempted assassination of Clinton.
You might recall Terry Nicholes, of OKC bombing fame, was known to be visiting the Philippine's.

Problem for the left, they haven't had an original idea for over 40 years.
They're just like a psycho killer, they repeat themselves, especially if it worked the first time.
The OKC bombing saved Bill Clinton's presidency. There will be a repeat.
Look at the last bombing attempt in NYC.
The lefts talking points prior to the attempted bombing was the Tea Party was a bunch of Tim McVeighs. The talking points matched the bomb used, a fertilizer bomb. Because it was a fertilizer bomb like McVeigh used, the MSM ran with speculations and were in a feeding frenzy that it had to be domestic terrorist. When it turned out to be a muslim, there was silence.
Had that bomb not been a dud, the bomber would have gotten away and it would have taken weeks to trace it back to him. What Zippo would have done in those weeks of panic I can only guess, but I doubt you and I would be having this conversation.
So, I hope SOMEBODY in high places gets the message and wises up to their tactics and calls it before it happens. I love it when leftists go into a tailspin. Don’t bank on the Communist/socialist media (MSM) to help. Those low lifes are in bed with the leftists. One day they should be taken to task about their reporting. A few multimillion dollar law suits would do the trick. Money is a deal breaker!
