In an effort to appeal to the senses of any liberal audience reading this article, I am going to disregard the US Constitution at the moment. I am going to focus a bit more of the issue brought up by Pinal County (Ariz.) Sheriff Paul Babeu.
Our own government has become our enemy and is taking us to court at a time when we need help,
As we all know, the federal government filed a lawsuit against Arizona in response to a new law that gave local law enforcement officers more authority to round up people who are in the US illegally. The federal government has succeeded in getting a temporary injunction against the most important pieces of this state legislation. U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton placed a temporary injunction on portions of the bill that allowed law enforcement personnel during the course of a criminal investigation who have probable cause to think an individual is in the country illegally to check

"We have no government armed in power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our Constitution was made only for a religious and moral people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other. " John Adams |

There is scarce a king in a hundred who would not, if he could, follow the example of Pharaoh get first all the peoples money, then their lands, and then make them and their children servants forever. It will be said that we do not propose to establish kings. I know it. But there is a natural inclination in mankind to kingly government. It sometimes relieves them from aristocratic domination. They had rather have one tyrant than 500. It gives more the appearance of equality among citizens, and that they like. I am apprehensive therefore perhaps too apprehensive that the government of these States may in future times end in a monarchy [not called a monarchy but an executive with monarchial powers]. But this catastrophe, I think, may long be delayed, if in our proposed system we do not sow the seeds of contention, faction and tumult, by making our posts of honor places of profit. If we do, I fear that, though we employ at first a number and not a single person, the number will in time be set aside, it will only nourish the fetus of a king (as the honorable gentleman from Virginia very aptly expressed it), and a king will the sooner be set over us. -- Benjamin Franklin |
My enemy too!
Governor Brewer should have BO/BS arrested if he enters Arizona.
That Headline should read,Barack Obama enemy of the United States.Because He is.
For?
Enemy of the State sums it up pretty well.
Barack Obama: Enemy of Liberty.
State and local law enforcement officials have the general power to investigate and arrest violators of federal immigration statutes without prior INS knowledge or approval, as long as they are authorized to do so by state law. There is no extant federal limitation on this authority.
- John Adams
That pretty well sums up why Democrats hate the Constitution, I guess.
I wish he would read this...hahaha...he thinks he has snookered everyone.
Those “old timers” really knew their stuff.
Too bad our current regime doesn’t...or maybe those guys just don’t care. The Constitution has become irrelevant.
Time for us to bring back the Constitution and adherence to the rule of law...starting with the November elections.
Saw a funny bumper sticker today: The Obama ‘wave’ at the bottom, and above it — Kenya, are you missing the village idiot?
Well done!!!
There was a popular bumper-sticker among the tolerant, compassionate Left during the Bush years: "A village in Texas is missing its idiot."
The same line is now starting to catch on substituting a village in Kenya.
Of course, though, now it's hateful, inciting violence, racist, etc,etc...fill in the whine.
Obstruction of Justice
Interferencee with a state official in the execution of his official duties
Conspiracy to commit election fraud
Participation in an ongoing criminal enterprise
Criminal facilitation
But your point is well-taken - it is not a crime to be an incompetent socialist trying to ruin the country.
Ping!!!
He is hell bent on destroying us..
