As you probably already thought, a few of these bloggers are going to sue the government for the constitutionality of this under free speech. They can’t do this. And even if they do - don’t you know if we are blessed with a conservative president in 2012, he will reverse a lot of this bull crap that the high holy man has brought into play. What I don’t undertand is how all these powerful people are allowing this to happen
I think the ISPs and hosting companies are scaried to death of the current occupant in the White House. They are afraid of regulation and/or IRS investigations (remember how effectively Clinton used them during his reign of error).

We are in hard times, the states need money, so, just follow the $$$$$$. “Senator, I have some extra $$$ for a pet project, all you have to do is OK my program and I can assure you, you will have additional money for your state. You can lower the unemployment problem you have buy building the Senator Bubba’s Airport out in the boon docks.” I think that’s pretty much how things get OK’d in Congress.

Or how all these "powerful people" allowed John McCain, an aging, emotion dominated, incompetent speaker, to be the "conservative" opposing candidate to Barack Obama.
Your faith in the process is admirable, but regardless who gets in I don't think that there is empirical evidence with this crop of politicians we will get anything but the same crap we have already.
It is disturbing that they are doing this but more disturbing is the silence from US. There should be outrage in the streets over this.... infidelity to the constitution and ultimately TREASON to the constitution and the people of this country.
