The Obama Administration pulled out its favorite, and only, tool for dealing with a crisis: file a lawsuit. Responding to Arizona’s anti-illegal immigration law, the Administration filed suit alleging usurpation of the Federal government’s Constitutional role in foreign affairs, namely immigration. For those of us with a clue, this move is as idiotic as it is transparent.
President Obama’s disdain for our nation and its founding documents is no secret. Therefore, his abject failure to secure our borders is no surprise; in fact, his motivation for the suit is solely to draw attention to his latest proposed legislation: immigration reform.

The American public should start a deluge of law suits against the unconstitutional acts of the Obama administration.
Isn’t that what Community Organizer “Law Professors” do, file a lawsuit?
They certainly don’t “run”, “administer”, or “lead.”
I’m sure that worked just as well then as it does now.
Yes...I’m quite certain it is the only thing he knows how to do, but not very well if the Arizona suit is a worthy example of his work.
Since 70% of Americans support the law, this will be a great campaign issue in the Fall.
The democrat of destruction at work media sleeps with him.
