Alright, you guys need to discuss this...My point is I can see the next election, with 3 or 4 different “conservative” right wing parties, republicans, conservative, tea party, libertarian, independent, constitutional...and everyone pulling votes every which way. But with Sarah as Republican Party leader, (she IS a republican) she would draw a lot of different people back to the party. She has cajones, which is what the party lacks now. She would draw the people who want that, she is christian, draw them, very conservative she’ll draw them. She loves the law and would draw constitutionalists. Anyone else, maybe we don’t want them. She would show that the Republican party is serious now. She would root out any corruption in the party, which she is famous for doing. Sarah isn’t anyone, and she doesn’t do things because that’s the way they have always been done. SHe still could run for potus, but I tell you if we dont change the image of the party, we are in trouble. She wouldn’t attrack people who hate good, who think too much, and do little, or woman haters. THere is a reason why she strikes terror in so many peoples hearts! We should use that!
Just wait 'til Sarah announces her candidacy for the 2012 nomination. You'll see people flocking to the Republican party like nails to a magnet.
Sarah's already the defacto leader of the Republican party because no one but her is really doing the job. She doesn't need to change a thing she's doing, to continue being as effective as she is.
When the rubber meets the road, most center-right voters will resist the lure of third parties and stand with the Republicans anyway. I don't fear third parties. Our side learned a huge lesson in the 1992 election about splitting our votes, and we're not likely to repeat that mistake any time soon.
