False information. You should know better. This article refers to illegals moving to New Mexico from Arizona. Your link refers to a decrease in “border” crossings along the Mexico/New Mexico border.

I tell you. Some in AZ a few years ago flew over NM and dropped leaflets about the damage democrats were doing to their (NM) state.
