You mention ‘Black American settler’ in one post and ‘land of immigrants’ in the next. Are you implying that Obama is an immigrant??

“the plaintiff also produced his identity and birth certificate showing that the plaintiff was born in 1944”
Lucas, you have not studied. What you call originals are by Kenyan Law, Birth Notifications (that’s what should be on your document). The Birth Certificates are issued by the Registrar and they are NOT the original document. Never. They can be issued repetedly at any moment as long as your name is in the Registry.
By the way guys, do you know that Cl. Lakin posted his birth certificate and, guess what ? It’s a COLB.

it was issued in 1994 so it’s not original and because of this reason does not meet Lucas’ strict criteria for authenticity, The fact that it is certified by the State of Colorado equates to nonsense when compared to Lucas document.
Obama and Lakin are lucky not to have been born in Pennsylvania. Look at what they issue over there:

Black American Settler was referd to Kenya,
Land of immigrants is refered to the US and is the reason to birthright citizenship (ius soli) as happens in all New World nations.
22 Noelani Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education..
Those records would show bho was not in school in Hawaii at that time. He was in Indoneasia, attending school as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen.
Or perhaps the DNC and GOP were, and still are, in it together ever thought of that?
It is most likely threats, possibly blackmail, & deals were made to keep it under wraps. The GOP frontrunners have questionable or outright ineligible credentials. Romney’s parents were born in Mexico, citizenship unknown at this time. Jindal’s parents were not U S citizens when he was born.
