If the African birth law was used then all that there would have ever been is a HOSPITAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR HOSPITAL RECORD (at least up until 1971, and maybe not even then, I doubt the law was applied retroactively).
If the American / European birth was used then we would have TWO records. A hospital birth certificate and a Protectorate / Colony of Kenya birth registration / birth certificate.

Well if there is a person in the position to sue the State of Hawaii this is apparently Ron Polland. That would be a fine way for him to close the entire issue with a triunphant victory. Does he have standing ? In case of a State issuing false documents anyone has standing simply because it would be a criminal and not a civil court. I estimate about 350 bucks in Legal Expenses for filing. Is Polland willing to do this ? I might even contribute to his expenses. It should be quite easy to raise the sum. Polland and Smith could unite over this.
What years of ranting?? The BC issue is still less than two years old, although Obama’s second birther day is coming up this Saturday.

Not being a lawyer, I cannot say for sure. With a civil matter, you sue. When there is a criminal matter, doesn’t the DA or some equivalent government entity have to indict the accused? If Polarik PROVES that Hawaii DOH is guilty of fraud, then, in your opinion, what is the next step and who takes it? And if they don’t, what then?
Because a car thief steals a car and gets away with it, does NOT, all of the sudden, make it legal to steal cars.
The fact that someone in our history did something which was against the constitution, does not invalidate the constitution.
I believe that attempts were made (can’t remember by whom) to contact the judge who is the daughter of the doctor on the CPGH BC, but I believe that came up empty as far as providing evidence regarding BHO II.
I don’t believe there is much that she could add to what has already been established regarding her father’s clear history of delivering babies in Mombasa in the 1961 time-frame when she would have been a small child.
The fact is that upper level government officials and the Judical branch are unwilling to act, for whatever reason.

You know, it just occurred to me that Maya Soetoro-Ng is Obama’s sister, and as such could request a copy of Obama’s Birth Certificate as a family member, for that matter, I wonder if Grandma Sarah could as well, since Obama is trying to interfere in Kenyan politics right now, and she wants to know if he is Kenyan, so therefor can have legal standing in Political issues in Kenya? Its an avenue that I have not seen pursued...

I have not seen any other samples of Dr. James O. W. Ang’awa’s signature on the web to compare to the signature on Lucas Smith's CPGH BC. If journalists were still doing their job and were allowed to do their job in Kenya unfettered, I am sure that this question would have been answered a long time ago.
If the CPGH BC was a forgery and other Ang’awa signatures were available and not comparable, I am sure that we would have seen them in a heartbeat.
Dr. Ang’awa was an extremely prominent physician who published academic papers, so his signature should not be that hard to find, if likely active suppression by Obama protectors were not involved.
His daughter, Mary, the judge or his son, William the photographer, would certainly be expected to have signature samples in their family papers. I haven't heard that any contact with his children has produced results. I would expect that they may have been made fully aware of the "national security secret" implications of any corroboration of evidence that BHO II was born in Kenya.
Excellent and constructive idea Seizethecarp. I will look for that signature. Remember however that we are dealing with pre-internet age so we would need to be extremely lucky to find an Ang’awa signature on the web, and I certainly won’t go to Kenya.

The fact that Smith is wasting his (and everyone else’s) time trying to prove arcane Kenyan matters of birth records and hospitals tells me that the Smith bc is a phony .
Ask yourself this . If you had gone to Kenya ,gone to a hospital, paid off someone to get a bc of Obama and gotten it out of the country would you waste your time on line trying to prove this kind of thing ?
Had I had that experience I would be so certain of the document that I would have no need to google or explain anything pertaining to its veracity.
The truth is this : Smith is at best a liar . He never went to Kenya and he either cooked up this document or got it from someone who did.
This part of the Obama birth story is DEAD . It died with most people when they realized what Smith has done in the past. Smith has a only a handful of adherents left...he is trying to keep this stuff alive ....its not working

Yes. I've been saying that for the past two years. McRino cemented it with his comment during the campaign that we didn't have to be afraid of Hussein. The GOP is more to blame than the DNC because they could have stopped this but didn't. They didn't want this election from the get go. With all the Bush hate and the housing and economic collapse, they wanted it all to land into the RATS' lap. That's why they ran McLame who was supposed to lose. Then they brought on an unknown woman with a ton of baggage (unwed preg teenager and husband who plays on snowmobiles). The kink was that America fell in love with Sarah despite the bad press (which I'm certain the GOP was part of) so they pulled her back in and wouldn't let her talk and McRAT started campaigning for Hussein. Yes, the fix was in from the start.
Does anyone remember the thread about the Mombasa hospital records for ‘61 being “taken” but when returned the pages were mixed up and some were missing? If his birth was only in the hospital records, then it was much easier to destroy the trail of evidence.
Except that doesn't change his NBC here. And I'm wondering why he's being allowed to meddle in our affairs.

In my opinion Lucas Smith is behaving exactly consistent with his account of how he obtained the CPGH BC. The BC has dozens of features that can be checked against historical facts. Smith, given his background, would not be expected to have any familiarity with or certainty regarding those facts and he would do his best to verify those facts after obtaining the BC. This is exactly what he appears to have done.
If Smith were the forger, he would be certain of the facts because he would have made sure in advance that he could substantiate the features of the BC including having a sample of Dr. Ang’awa’s signature to forge, for example.
Of course, if a sample of Dr. Ang’awa’s signature is found for comparison to the signature on the CPGH BC and there is a match, then you and Mik Tearg and the other after-birthers will claim that Smith or his forger had a sample of the signature and forged it on the CPGH BC.
