Should be quite a number of Jewish students in that school ~ mostly because it's in Bethesda Maryland.

I would imagine no one there had any illusions about Mrs. Thomas ~ she's been known as an antisemite for many years ~ on the other hand the folks behind the invitation probably wanted her to be the guest speaker at the graduation just to show that not all Jews are like the IDF folks!
