.....and Sea Urchins over a week old.

......and things that are labeled “Organic” that don’t have organs.

I hate, abhor, detest, loathe and gag at the sight of cilantro and raw oysters but tomorrow, I’m going to eat some brussels sprouts because I got hungry reading all the recipes about how to cook the little cabbage thingys.

Do not mistake me for a veggie guy. I eat meat in several forms every day.

But.

One of my favorite dinners is steamed brussel sprouts with lemon butter alongside baked sweet potatoes, also slathered in butter. On their own, nothing that unique. Together, a smashing taste sensation.
