He’s a patriot and courageous. The Constitution has the eligibility requirement and it seems to me that a military officer has the best standing of anyone in the country to bring the suit. Can anyone think of anyone who has a better claim to standing? If the courts say he doesn’t have standing then they are saying that no American has the standing to require proof of citizenship of the President.

Seriously, there've been several officers who have joined Birther lawsuits and none of them have gone anywhere. Neither will this.

SCOTUS also said eligibility was the responsibility of Congress. Is SCOTUS bought-off, too? Threatened?

Unfortunately that is exactly what they have ruled in the previous cases that have been before the court already. NO one has standing!!!!!
