And I just got this. So you think the only person the courts would accept as having standing would be the opposing candidate?

And what a stink that would have raised if McCain had brought the suit. It would have underlined that Obama at his core is essentially un-American — and it would have dredged up something about Obama he wants to hide even if he could have kept running.
