Republicans Lead in CA Gov, Senate Race
RHP ^ | 3-25-2010

Some potentially explosive news has come out of a recent PPIC poll. Since Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is retiring, the Republican Party is looking to provide a successor. In this race Meg Whitman leads former Governor Jerry Brown by three points. It's early in the game, but Jerry Brown is extremely well-known and cannot get more than 41% in a poll? Also, Brown is down two points since the last poll and Whitman is up eight.

I hope that Boxer has such a big ego that she thinks she will win and doesn’t need to campaign.

Heard an interesting sound bite on Andrew Wilkow show on XM the other day. Jerry Brown was speaking to a union in CA and said that he was ready for them do some “dirty work” against any dissenters. He can’t because he “needs to remain the nice guy”.

Some of these fools don’t understand that everything they say is likely to picked up on a cell phone and twittered, You Tubed and spread around the globe in 3 seconds.

Wouldn't be a hoot to hear Babs announce that she's not running for another term because “I wish to spend more time with my family”.

I waiting for all the naysayers and trolls to jump on this thread and start moaning about how Whitman and Fiorina are really RINOs and who cares whether they win or not. A key demoralization tactic used by the liberals. Well yes, Whitman and Fiorina (and Campbell) have RINO pasts and RINOs have let us down many times before-— but they are a hell of a lot better than Barbara Boxer and Jerry Brown—— and they clear the way for more conservatives to get their ideas across in California, especially to the women who are still supporting Democrats and hoping for the nanny state to take care of them forever—— vote for the conservatives in the primary, and whoever wins, rejoice in the Democrat’s doom in November.

California is in the trouble because of the dimwitted fools that have been running the State. And that includes Arnold S. California will never change. It it a dead State that will leach on the rest of the States to bail it out and there will be no change. The majority of nitwits that live in this State are as crazy at the protesters of the 60ies. This State could be the richest State in America and could have been bigger than most Countries in the World. Instead the rotten stinking filth that have destroyed it are still doing the same. Rotten as communists.

Is Brown a shoe in for the nomination? Is that the best they can do? Talk about a retread.

Fiorina can’t win the primary. Devore can win and take on Boxer, but the gov race is really bad right now.

It would be great for DeVore to win the primary, but it is not looking good for him right now:

Fiorina 24 (+8)
Campbell 23 (-4)
DeVore 8 (unch)
Und 44 (-4)

Campbell has consistently supported higher taxes and Moslem extremists. He worked for Arnold and supported several tax increases. He’s not a fiscal or social conservative.
