1. Ann Coulter unplugged. The conservative provocateur mocked gay men last night, saying there are two things they can’t do – “get married to each other” (they can in Canada and some American states) and “throw a baseball without looking like a girl.”
The university provost a letter cautioning her to be aware of “what is acceptable in Canada,” noting that “promoting hatred against any identifiable group would not only be considered inappropriate but could in fact lead to criminal charges.”
Ms. Coulter, meanwhile, spoke last night at the University of Western Ontario. All long blonde hair and heavily-mascaraed lashes, she did not hold back, according to the London Free Press. A frequent contributor to Fox News – Barack Obama’s least favourite American network – Ms. Coulter took on a political science student who is Muslim.
After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, she had joked that Muslims denied air travel should take “flying carpets.” When the student challenged that remark, Ms. Coulter told her to take a “camel,” adding that, “I thought it was just American public schools that produced ignorant people.”

Looks like “thinking” pulled these words out of his butt. I couldn’t even find them on a search of the entire internet, let alone in the linked article.

yes, I it appears that the National has edited out the various lines....all I can say is that I posted direct copy form the article.....leave to the liberal press to edit out what they view as offense...an example of weak kneed Canadian censorship.....

Why did you only just now post the actual excerpt? And earlier claim the other was legit.
Do not make full-text article posts when they need to be excerpted. BTW, I checked the article in question at your link and it doesn’t match up - it could be that the National Post changed the link or copy.
So you're saying that between the time you did the copy and paste and the time you posted the article here, the National Post had completely rewritten it, leaving out all those highly offensive remarks?

I thought the stuff about the mascara was a more editorial than article, so the editors probably edited the source.

How much time was there between your copying the supposed excerpt and your posting the article here?
Thanks. That’s better. It just seemed extremely unlikely that the NP article would have entirely changed between the time you copied the excerpt and posted the thread.
