Yeah...I was born and raised just outside the 'burgh, and consider myself more of a Steelers fan than a football fan. Whether or not Ben did anything wrong, staying silent is probably the best course of action from a legal standpoint, but from a fan, PR and business perspective it's a huge disappointment.
