Charge them with child porn. Who can say some perv at the school system wasn’t watching them change clothes.
This sickens me, I don’t care if they did give the students the laptop to use.

watching them change clothes.That is surely exactly what was happening. They decided to give away those laptops then someone with a bit of savvy said "Hey, we can use the cameras to monitor kids practices at home to help identify and correct bad study habits...." and the "...." was where his or her mind continued the thought "and we can watch other stuff, too."
