I'll go back and read it as soon as I quit getting replies to read... LOL
Sarah Palin
The Rill Dill
I will not attack, flame or ridiculeyou for your opinion on Sarah Palin.
You choose to see her resignation as detrimental to herself, her political future and Alaska.
I won't waste bandwidth in trying to make you change your mind. But, I do want to say this and I hope that You can at least agree with my words that follow:
The United States of America is being destroyed as we post and blog right here and now
The current Democrat leaders in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of the Federal Government may Never admit to this but it is becoming more obvious day-by-day:
They want to see GOD-worshipping, Freedom-Loving Christianity, Capitalism, the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and the "old-fashioned" Judeo-Christian family values Broken, burned, diminished, outlawed and eradicated.
They must be stopped. And we need someone with political experiance who recognizes, believes in and fights with every breath for All of those items in the above paragraph.
If someone with passion for the U.S.A. and political acumen like Sarah Palin rises-up to take the forefront in the charge against the Assault on our liberties, then I will give as much deference and support to that same man or woman as I do Sarah Palin.
Yours is the best reply I’ve had thus far. I never said I wouldn’t vote for her in the general election, I just stated that I don’t want her to get the nomination, because I don’t believe she’s fit to be president.
However, under your scenario, everything changes... and we could be heading there if things don’t turn around...and fast.
Blue-blood, country club Republican, huh?
I agree with everything you said. It’s not like we are on opposite sides here. I just don’t think she’s a good choice for president. Just my opinion.
If she were up against Hussein, I’d vote for her. Just as I did last time. lol
This country is headed for many years of lowered standard of living as well as mucho trouble with the rest of the world. Be prepared for the worst, it’s coming.
You gave yourself away by saying she’s not “fit to be President.”
To make the I-think-she’s-great-but-she-can’t-win ploy work, you have to refrain from attacking the target directly. Remember: Your message is “she can’t win.” You have to keep quiet about why you really hate her.
I'm not a republican, but I generally believe them to be the lesser of the two evils. I probably would have considered myself a republican had I been of voting age when Reagan was president, but the republicans since then haven't met my standards. They talk the talk on the campaign trail, but when they get into power, they tend to grow government just as the democrats do.
I don't hate her. I've never even met her. I'd imagine she's probably a nice person.
In 2-1/2 years there will emerge a candidate that can, and will, inspire Conservatives. It may be Palin or someone else. In times of crisis, there are those who appear and become leaders. This has been true more often than not in America. In the next year or so I suspect that many dismissers of Palin may come to appreciate her more than they do at this time.
KoRn, the MSM isn’t going to like any GOP candidate other than a RINO.
Palin has been trashed by the MSM for 1.5 years now and they will continue to do so.
By the time the 2012 elections come around, the public will be weary of the MSM attacking Palin and will tune it out and will listen to her message instead.
Not to mention, some will admire her toughness for standing up to the scrutiny and attacks against her.
The MSM will try to “select” another RINO like McCain who is sure to lose.
Palin is the best chance the GOP has of winning and is the best candidate.
Her and Fred Thompson would be a winning ticket.
The Beauty and the Beast.
How Fred snagged a beauty like Jeri still boggles the mind.
For all we know she may not run, but if she does, she is likely the most electable of our candidates.
1. She speaks to the base, which will get her a lot of strong enthusiasm to work and be motivated.
2. She is the only GOP candidate that can energize the tea party movement and garner the GOP nomination, uniting the two.
3. She is the only candidate that has executive experience besides Mitt Romney (who will have a hard time motivating the base).
4. She can raise $$$ better than any other candidate.
5. She has the ability to connect with the public, shown by her rise in popularity since her book tour, in spite of the full court press by the LSM. This means she has the ability to convince independants, as she has done in the past.
6. If she continues to be the main point person (as she has been) to come against Bambi, as his programs fail (if they fail, and most will), she will be the clear alternative if the chips fall properly.
If the economy is good by 2012, it is doutful anyone can beat Bambi, if it is so so, or poor, she likely would be a slam dunk.
They said Reagan was a dumb cowboy too.........
Changing your wording does not impress me. Worthy instead of fit. So now I do not think you are worthy of deciding who is worthy to be President.
(((PING)))
A typical coward's answer. We've all seen it before on these threads. You won't put up or shut up, so you then spend your time here trying to tear down the only real nationally known Republican who's actually fighting back and doing serious damage to Obama's regime.
Get lost!
Come on in! The water is warm!
I think she wants to run. I think she should run. and I think this is her time in history.
do some research on why she resigned
