I don’t know if anybody watched ‘Burn Notice’ tonight, but there was a guy in the episode who was referred to numerous times as “the retard”. Okay, it was a bad guy who wanted to use him as a chump who kept referring to him as “the retard”, but the timing of this broadcast was interesting, to say the least.
