I prefer dealing in truth and reality, so if you can document that it’s Photoshopped or Photocadded or altered in any other way, I’d be happy to see it.

Aside from the photocad tag in the file?

Look at the people there, Andrew Card, Karen Hughes, Karl Rove. That would place it before 2002 or between August 2004 to March 2006 due to Hughes' and Card's service periods.

Now if you search for the picture online you only find it after May-June 2009, you won't find any color or B&W of Bush with his feet up on the desk till after 0 got busted for it mid 2009. And B&W is really easy to manipulate.

I believe it was altered. When-if I or some other FReeper finds the original, that fits the timeline, we'll know for certain.
