Arne Duncan reminds me of the guy in Trading Places who ends up in the gorilla suit in the cage with the gorilla LOL.
Look at where Obama’s eyes are directed. Not to the children, who are at a lower level, but pointed upward. He isn’t talking to the children, he is talking at them.
