There is an eye doctor who said Obama’s head tilt is indicative of a problem..and he listed several possibilities.

Given that he has a scar on his head that looks like brain surgery...I think there is definitely something wrong with him...(other than NPD)

He needs those teleprompters to function..and he certainly won’t be holding any press conferences where he has to take questions from a hostile press.
