So, every country that has an Al Quada cell in it has war declared on it, lock, stock and barrel by the United States. (Except ‘20 or so government allies’) Which presumably includes all muslim countries compromising 1/5 of the world’s population.

No, just a couple of special ones...like Yemen.

A lot of presuming going on here? Yemen is fighting against Al Quaeda but is too weak to drive them out, yet your proposal is to bomb the crap out of Yemen in general instead of assisting their government in fighting Al Quaeda. Please tell me how this makes sense...
