Not enough troops at home to do that.
Imposing martial law on America would be about as easy as grabbing smoke.

Why? Is Odumbos “stash” of cash about to run out and their won’t be enough to go around?
They need those troops in Detroit, with a newly revised unemployment figure near 50%!

Martial law before November 2010. It may not be Constitutional, but it is necessary to prevent the future repeal of any of these new regulatory initiatives.
“Necessary” is a relative term. Necessary for some, maybe, but not necessary for the majority of people in this country.

Maybe parts of California could use it since they might turn off the welfare spigot. Riots.
I jest!

Oh, for heaven’s sake. No, the military NEVER ships equipment on trains unless it is to impose martial law. I remember this sort of silliness from 10 years ago....

Those are Canadian vehicles. If he brings in foreign troops he automatically looses the US Military. He can't be that stupid.

Hey Dallas, have you ever been in IH-35, south of Dallas, in June and July? The Texas Army National Guard has miles long columns of troops going to and from annual training at Fort Hood.
And keep your tinfoil hat handy if you ever take IH-37 from San Antonio to Corpus Christi. Texas National Guard units deploying to and from overseas ship vast quantities of gear through port Corpus Christi, and move it by truck, or rail, between there and their home armories.

Why are tanks moving from Canada to CA? Are we now BUYING our tanks in Canada? I’d like to hear the answer to that question with much of the American automotive industry out of work.

Øbama would be smart to anticipate an armed uprising. It IS coming.
Unfortunate for him, the national guard, military, state and local police would be on the front lines against him.

You do realize that the WHOLE Canadian military has only slightly over 100 main battle tanks, and a large number of those are already deployed to Afghanistan, don't you?
You do also realize that there has been NO .. repeat, NO .. train or transporter movements of armored vehicles from Fort Hood .. the largest armored base in the free world .. anywhere in the last several months, don't you?
What a load of bilious horse dung. If you're going to keep your head wrapped in aluminum foil, at least put it into the oven so that it cooks properly.

I live near a large Army base ... they have a huge train yard (marshaling yard?) ... equipment of all sorts is being loaded and unloaded on a regular basis. Nothing unusual about trains transporting military equipment ... after all, we are fighting a war in Afghanistan & to a lesser extent in Iraq.
