Oh and they believe that they can earn their way to Heaven by bringing in converts. They're not trying to earn their way to Heaven. Apparently Heaven is already all filled up with people like Charles Taze Russell. They're trying to be resurrected to earthly Paradise after they cease to exist when they die so that they won't be annihilated in the final judgment.

Funny. My ex-S-i-L thought she was working to be one of the 144,000. Whatever. It can’t be done and isn’t Scriptural.

My ex-S-i-L thought she was working to be one of the 144,000. That's a new one to me. I thought the 144,000 seats were already sold out, but maybe there are going to be some no-shows and scalpers and she thought she might be able to score a ticket.

Rabbinical traditions, as Maimonides discusses, about not pronouncing God’s name may be interesting but they are hardly a guide to whether or not God’s name should be pronounced or have a substitute word read when it’s encountered. As for God’s name being unpronounceable, since it was incorporated into many other names that could be so or their names would likewise be unpronounceable. As the Dead Sea Scrolls copy of the book of Isaiah shows, God’s name was used frequently and freely and there is no Biblical reason we should not also do so even if our pronunciation is imperfect. And of course our pronunciation is not the pronunciation Moses or Abraham heard as this comment from Wikipedia explains “Another example of an important qere perpetuum in the text of the Bible is the name of the God of Israel — ×××× (cf. Tetragrammaton) — which is marked with the vowels of ×Ö²×Ö¹× Ö¸× adonai (meaning “my Lord”) rather than with its own vowels (sometimes with the vowels of ×Ö±×Ö¹×Ö´×× elohim).” Neither Yahweh or Jehovah is the correct pronunciation of God’s name but both can be derived from the Tetragrammaton and are familiar to most readers so we come as close as we can with the information we have.

You have perhaps not fully learned to effectively read the Bible. Because of the time and distance between us and the culture of the Hebrews of Jesus’ time, a concordance and greek/aramaic/hebrew lexicons are extremely helpful.
While much of the Bible is literal and is meant to be taken literally, there are definitively parts and portions which are absolutely NOT meant in such a manner. Jesus’ parables are but a few examples. No, I do not misuse a precept like this to “fable-ize” or dismiss the Virgin Birth, or the miracles of Jesus, nor the validity of his claim to the throne.
Jesus himself equated himself with the Father when he said “If you have seen me, you have seen the Father”, “I and the Father are One...”
and especially when he said, “I tell you the truth, before Moses was, Ego eimi (I AM)”
The priests tore their clothing, believing they heard the ultimate blasphemy, for Jesus had just called himself by the same ‘I AM’ which the Father did on the mountain when Moses asked “Lord who shall I tell them hath sent me?”
“Tell them that...’I AM’ hath sent thee...”
it could not be any clearer
Moreover, Jesus is not simply an ‘appointed’ King - he is, to put it in human terms (of limited understanding and scope), an ‘hereditary’ King because he is of the same absolute substance as the Father.
Else the Angels of G_d engaged in an act of idolatry in the book of Hebrews when they bowed down and worshipped Christ, giving Him glory and praise- by order of the Most High.

Wow, who told you that? Point to anything published by Jehovah's Witnesses that says so.

I dunno if I’d wanna keep listening to “divinely inspired” prophets that keep getting it wrong like that.
They never claim to be divinely inspired. Point to anything published by Jehovah's Witnesses that says so.

“God’s Kingdom,” a theocracy, will be established on earth and operate for 1,000 years.
I did find one inaccuracy from a quick overview of your post. The Kingdom is established in heaven and will rule over the earth as well.

Not sure where you are coming from. That info is from the noted source.
JH is a cult that denies the diety of Christ, that is a somewhat complete list of their beliefs.

I’ve had 3 in my family. They get “brownie points” for bringing in converts. It’s the earn your salvation plan. And it’s not Scriptural.

Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Jehovah's Witnesses believe those very things. There is no salvation besides Jesus.
However look at what you just posted: God GAVE his only-begotten son... God SENT his son...
Those show actions of someone in a superior position toward someone of an inferior position, though still a mighty spirit creature. I don't see where you can get a trinity from those scriptures.
Also, if Jehovah's Witnesses didn't believe in Jesus as God's son and our savior, why would they follow his teachings, especially Matthew 28:19, 20?
As far as John 3:18, only begotten = someone produced, created, not co-eternal.
To: Godzilla
May I reply?
"Christian" means a follower of Christ. In what way do Jehovah's Witnesses not follow Christ?
Where does the Bible explicitly or implicitly say that Jesus is God?
"The Father is greater than I am"
Many scriptures saying that Christ was "sent". That shows that there was one who did the sending. They cannot be co-equal if that is the case.
And then there is the whole point of Jesus being the only begotten, which means his being created instead of co-eternal.
And where does it teach that the soul is eternal?
God told Adam that if he sinned he would die.
If there is a burning hell and the soul will burn there forever, than God is a liar by not telling Adam what the consequences of his sin would be. Those are the two major sticking points here, Jesus being part of a Trinity, and the immortal soul?
