Is that the best they can do! Geeeez!
Recommendations? Opinions? Love to hear them.
So young conservatives think that RAP is cool. God help us all. I’m losing what little hope I had left for the future.
I’m not into rappin’
Did you bother to listen to the words? Wow the cynicism could be cut through with a knife. Would you like to lose the youth to the Dems? I sure as hell won’t.
I’m in the above 50 age group and think this will absolutely appeal to the under 30 voters — Conservative and Independent. It is clever in it’s use of words and the beat is great.
As an FYI — I work with younger folks regularly and know that many of them like the Rap/Hip Hop that has a meaning and a beat — and isn’t “Gansta Rap”.
You could try changing the intro in 3-6 months to something else — wonder if anyone has a suggestion?
BTW — you’ve had some great guests — Norma McCorvey, Bernard Kerik (even though he’s incarcerated), S.E. Cupp (Fox), Congressman Thaddeus McCotter, Congresswoman Sue Myrick, Lt. Col. Buzz Patterson (carried the football for Clinton — yikes!), Maj. General Paul Vallely (Fox News), Larry Grathwol (FBI informant who helped bust the Weather Underground)...
I enjoy your format and think that the future of news and debate is in talk radio and internet talk shows...
How’s your Citizen’s news reporting going?
I hate rap, it’s demeaning to our culture and can’t believe that anyone calling themselves “conservative” would stoop to that media and actually think it is cool and others would really go for it.
So you mean to tell me that if you can “Bust a Rhyme” you are not conservative?
The guy who produced this by the way, started out with no money and has worked his way to become a successful motivational speaker, that enjoys doing “clean cut” rap on the side, that PRO CAPITALISM, PRO RELIGION, PRO MORALS and PRO AMERICA!
You are entitled to your beliefs.
right on!
You are entitled to your opinion. Why don’t you tune in sometime and we can chat on the air?
I hear you, fish hawk. My initial reaction was exactly the same as yours.
When I heard the rap format used for positive purposes, I changed my views — using the format to send a positive message is one way to change the way folks think and react. I’ve even heard Christian Rock and Rap — and enjoyed it.
egads man, that’s terrible sounding
To each his own opinion.
