No, it will not proceed.
When a judge grants a defense motion to dismiss, that means the lawsuit has gone bye-bye until or unless it is appealed.
By the way, your tax dollars and mine provided Obama’s defense attorneys who wrote the request for the motion to dismiss. They were U.S. Justice Department lawyers.
