After this tragedy, the law abiding troops will have even more restrictions placed on their ownership, storage and use of personal weapons. Then the brass will say that they have taken steps to reduce the likelihood of that tragedy happening againg.

Yes, I see what you are saying. I hope that the restrictions will not happen. If they do that, I think it would be a mistake. My thoughts and prayers go out daily for our soldiers and their families.
