Very interesting point. Do you know of any good background info on how state citizenship was determined when Hawaii became a state (eg, residency requirements, etc)? And demographic data on "all those foreign kids" and their parents? And financial data on federal funding targeted for Hawaii's transition to statehood? Thanks....

I am so glad that someone else is finally reporting on this!
Being from hawaii I have said a number of times, Hawaii doesn’t want this to come out or come under scrutiny because of Welfare Fraud. Thats Obama’s leverage against Hawaii.
Don’t think for an INSTANT that Obama didn’t make it very clear what the stakes were to Lingle.
Busy day.
Ping.
Well howdy and funnier than my version.
Duhh, the guvner of Hawaii and the Dept of Health director got big bribes with the promise of more if they could keep this quiet.
stating the obvious in plain talk. Even a liberal could understand this.
Obama also considers himself a native son of Hawaii.
I don't know how many Hawaii native sons have gradauted from the famous Harvard Law School, but I would think that it would not be very many.
So, wouldn't it be wonderful if native son and Harvard Law School graduate Obama could go back to Hawaii and practice law and make Hawaii citizens even more proud of native son Obama then they already are?
But I wonder if Obama would ever dare to fill out an application to practice law in Hawaii.
1. The reason I ask this question is this: Our of curiosity, I checked google to see if the Hawaii state bar application to practice law in Hawaii was on the internet.
2. Yes, it is there. It is a pdf file. NOTE: I think I asked google something like "Hawaii bar application."
3. As I see it, if Obama ever dared to try to practice law in Hawaii, I think that he might have at least one problem filling out the state bar application.
4. The problem is this: The application asks the applicant if he has ever used other names in his life.
5. The application says that if you have used other names, you must list the names and list when you used them.
6. My point is this: As I see it, Obama would have to write that at some point in his life he used the name "Soetoro", because there is obvious evidence that Obama used the name Soetoro when he was a little boy and living in Indonesia with his stepfather, Indonesian citizen Soetoro, and his mother.
7. That is, as I see it, if Obama filled out the Hawaii state bar application and did NOT list "Soetoro" as a name he used in the past, Obama could be in a lot of legal trouble.
8. NOTE: I tried to cut and paste the part in the Hawaii state bar application where it asks about the names an applicant used in his past, but I couldn't do it, because I think the pdf file was secured, and my computer skills are limited.
9. So if someone here who knows how to cut and paste a secured pdf file could cut and paste the section in the Hawaii state bar application where the application has to list the names he has used in the past, could you please do it for me? Thanks.
10. Again, I don't think that Harvard law school graduate Obama would ever fill out a Hawaii state bar application---he would probably come up with some lame excuse as to why he doesn't want to fill out the Hawaii state bar application---because he would have to list "Soetoro" as one of the names that he has used in the past.
11. However, as I see it, an admission by Obama that he ever used "Soetoro" in his past would be political suicide.
12. In fact, it would not only be political suicide, it would also be clear evidence that Obama had been a liar and fraud all along.
What birth certificate? We only have been told it exists.
That's an interesting allegation. Do you have any evidence that it is true? Unfortunately, the author of this piece fails to provide any.
Another interesting allegation, for which there is zero evidence.
FYI, it is generally much easire to get financial aid, either Federal of private, if you are a US citizen. There are very few scholarships available for foreign students.
If you want to allege that Obama was studying on a US government scholarship for foreign students, you have to identify some plausible scholarships that he might have gotten. Can you?
A question: where's the proof?
Why is it that these allegations of massive illegal Hawaiian registration of the foreign-born never present any corroboration in fact?
Is it enough to simply throw mud, and see if it sticks? Has Berg, Taitz or any one of these others bringing lawsuits even bothered to do any research to bring evidence to the court?
Not that I've seen.
Nice piece of misdirection journalism ... Barry was an Indonesian in 1979 when he went to Occi. His mother’s divorce pleading shows he was the legal responsibility of Lolo Soetoro in 1979 and all the way until 1980 when her divorce was granted. He was also more likely going by the name Barry Soetoro, Indonesian, when he applied to Occi. But the journmalist seems to want to misdirect readers to a fantasy claim.
thanks for the hat-tip STARWISE.
Lucy, Did we miss this one?
I first saw this article on another website, dated March 2009. Quoted from it several times, but now it’s gone!
Good to have another source.
First though, if you are eventually to take over, the moral breakdown of America is needed. Evolution the perfect vehicle. Shove that down every college educated person and soon The Bible will have to be considered a myth. Long before the global warming debacle, yes, it was the evolution debacle. Millions of Americans have been duped into believing the lie. It's all down hill for them now.
Hawii and 0’b lucked into a host of Americans VERY EAGER and willing to commit TREASON, and they’re still eagerly doing so. ( Thank you John Roberts, SCOTUS.)
I too am glad this is being discussed, now obviously this must be given main stream coverage as well.
But there is a problem here, its like trying to remove the casinos from Las Vegas, it eventually leads to the person being cactus fertilizer.
Hawaii lives by having a squeaky clean tropical paradise image, and news like this doesn’t exactly instill confidence.
Tthe bright side in this of course is that its easy to obtain more records of students from Hawaii entering colleges across America, my suggestion is to home in on any football scholarships, Polynesians were highly prized for football players, not all were American citizens.
The higher officials should in the public’s best interest and especially concerning future travelers should admit this immediately, before they get the brutal onslaught of inquisitive accusations.
