It was by ticket only and I think there were about 200 or 300 given out. I bet most were given to friendly DemoRats.
His district is heavy GOP. He is one and done.
I hope you’re correct. You get the impression he’s doing this to stimulate his base by attacking rather than sit back and take hits.
