Doctor Admits Vaccine Is More Deadly Than Swine Flu Itself & Will Not Give It To His Kids [video]
Honestly, I cannot understand this stampede to get vaccinated here. It's the flu, it's not some particularly deadly plague. Sheesh...I am so amazed at how this nation has become a nation of people who cannot think critically for themselves.
Now if someone has an underlying medical condition, or is otherwise frail, then great, by all means, get vaccinated. But we are so easily munipulated.
That’s how I feel, I’ll get the seasonal flu shot but am skeptical of necessity of the H1N1.
The real decision is about our kids, they are 8 and 11 and we just got nofication the county will be offering the H1N1 vaccine in school starting next week. I’m a bit baffled by this because if H1N1 is not any more deadly than the regular flu, why aren’t they vaccinating in schools every year? And why just the H1N1 vaccination, why not seasonal as well?
The herd effect is real and scientifically valid. Healthy people should understand that when they get vaccinated they are doing if for their fellow Americans (and maybe their family), not primarily for themselves.
Yeah, nothing unauthorized or challenging here.
I was in the hospital twice in the last few months and each time they offered to give me the flu shot as well as the pneumonia shot. I asked the nurses each time what they would do and both were adamant about not taking it. So I didn’t!
There are millions that have forgotten Germany in the 1930’s as well.
Was at the Dr. yesterday with my kids, he told me about the Flu Vaccine, they actually did not have the Swine one yet. I said thanks, but no.
My son just told me his second oldest got the nasal flu shot in school. They shouldn’t have given it to him without reading his history. His two younger brothers have immune problems and a few days after he got he nasal thingy both younger ones got sick. Baby 10 months got bacterial infection and next one up got bacterial pneumonia.
His mom signed the papers with the thought that they would check his medical papers first. She shouldn’t have done that. I just told me son NO swine flu shots for any of the kids or wife. He has to get it cause he’s in Military. Everyone I talk to I tell them NOT to get that shot. I just get this gut feeling something is not right. My own Dr. said just get the regular flu shot. I told her I didn’t want the H1N1 shot and she said good. LOL. I just worry about my babies. Especially the two youngest as I said they both have immune problems. I trust my son to know what’s right for his family as he has medical training and keeps up with what’s going on.

DON’T TAKE IT
Have never taken a flu shot, never will...the only time my hubby got sick enough to take to the bed was when he took a flu shot at work in the 70’s..He never took another one....I have had flu during my 70 years....big deal.
Two nurses in my family tell me not to.
This concerns me because it is widely acknowledged that adjuvants in feline vaccines have induced an epidemic of hyperthyroidism and injection-site sarcomas in cats. As a consequence, I no longer vaccinate my cats, which are mostly indoors anyway, unless there is a specific threat in my neighborhood. Mass vaccinations are mainly to protect the general population and not the specific animal anyway. Furthermore, I use only adjuvant-free (Purevax) vaccines.
Considering I have serious immune system problems already, I was horrified to read the rumors of adjuvants in the H1N1 vaccine. However, upon investigation, I discovered that none of these rumor-mongering sites are credible in general, most being of the tin-foil-hat variety. Furthermore, extensive research on the CDC's H1N1 page by searching for "h1n1 adjuvants" shows that no FDA-licensed H1N1 vaccine in the U.S. currently contains adjuvants, nor has any U.S. FDA-approved influenza vaccine ever contained an adjuvant. Influenza vaccines can contain adjuvants only if the Emergency Use Authorization act is invoked in the case of an unexpected pandemic. The purpose of adding adjuvants at this point would be to stretch a limited supply of vaccine and/or to make existing vaccines more potent against its target if existing vaccines were not working well because of mutations or other reasons.
Also, the intranasal vaccine, which is single dose, does not contain thimerosal, and single-dose injections free from thimerosal will also be available. So from an adjuvant perspective, the U.S. H1N1 vaccines are safe, and single-dose vaccines can be obtained without mercury-based preservatives. While no mercury is good in the human body, just keep in mind that the University of Rochester reports that a tuna fish sandwich contains more mercury than a vaccine. Quite frankly, I would be more concerned about aduvants, which indeed are contained in several childhood vaccines.
