The Wall Street Insiders are getting ready to cash in on their next triggered 'crash in stages'.
Obama Inc. would love to attempt a 3rd banker ceo 'bailout' but they realize the elderly/public mood after Obama-care was exposed is against the Obama totalitarian-agenda, so they dare not, right now. Once the next crash is staged the 3rd banker-ceo 'bailout' (theft of more tax-payer billions-trillions) can not be ruled out.
