State Rep Cynthia Davis (R-MO) (they swore her in before she spoke!) talks about the Constitution and then the issue of how states can legally change info on birth certificates.
This is a new tack and a very interesting way to get her testimony public.
Why don’t they do it with Lucas Smith?

Most of the states can legally falsify birth certificates. They do it every time a child’s been adopted. They take the original birth certificate and instead of just simply redacting the information they will put on the birth certificate the name of the adoptive parents as if they were present at the birth.
And this happens all the time.
Most John Q average citizens have no idea how pervasive this practice is and how common it is for a state to put forth a birth certificate as if it’s accurate, when it is really not a true statement of what happened at the time of birth.
While this Grandpa could hear it fine, with everything cranked up as high as it goes. (Which I have to remember to turn down, or the Windows logoff sound will kill me, and wake the neighbors dog :) ) and I'm a shooter so have some hearing loss in one ear, you might try using headphones or ear buds instead of the speakers, you can usually get more "felt" volume that way, and it cuts out any ambient noise as well.
IF BamaKennedy is literally an illegitimate unqualified president he is not going down without resistance. What form that resistance will take I do not know. But he has been successful to date hiding the 'reality' of his origins and presenting any official documentation of his history. BamaKennedy has a host of players who paid for him to play and are expecting their bailout. IF he goes because he is illegitimate there are going to be some very unhappy players.
Just look at who mocks the notion of requiring him to present a very simple birth certificate in the original long form. Not even to mention his cadre of official educational documentations. Some know what it would mean IF he is illegitimate. Wasn't there a book written called '.ell to pay. http://www.regnery.com/regnery/010309_helltopay.html BamaKennedy is no different.
In BamaKennedy's own words he despises the Constitution and on 09/09/09 he held court and spewed one huge flood of lies and never blinked an eye.

iv. Discovery
The Court indicated at oral argument that it would consider whether discovery
matters should continue to be handled by Magistrate Judge Nakazato. The Court finds that,
since the Court and Judge Nakazato are closely communicating and coordinating in this case, the
continued handling of discovery matters by Judge Nakazato is appropriate.

Now what that means I have no idea. I read somewhere in a summary that he indicated that certain forms of discovery should go on. But I gather his indication was more of a prefunctory process rather than detailed data gathering. I wish I could find that but I don’t remember where I read it.
