This reminds me of a recent experience. On returning from an overseas flight, we were sternly advised on the plan that we were prohibited from taking photos, making calls, or recordings between getting off the plane, and passing through immigration. We were told that devices used would be confiscated and not returned. Did Congress pass a law, or is the ICE just another rogue agency making its own laws?

I doubt if that’s true. Narcissist that she is, she most likely ordered cell phones to be distributed so people could take pictures of her.
