What I can tell you about Kenyan Obama
LAME CHERRY ^ | 8/2/09 | Lame Cherry

There are a few things which have captured my eye concerning the Barack Hussein Obama birth certificate which no one has divulged which will be exclusive here and point to why I deem this an authentic document and in conclusion I believe I know where this document originated from as I touched on it in my work here recently.

How long has this alledged Kenyan Certificate been out there? Where did it come from? And how do we know its not itself a forgery?

Look, I'm all for getting to the bottom of this stuff. Along the way we should avoid being either too accomodating or too skeptical of evidence either for or against Obama's legitamacy.

There are too many who want to accept one or another conclusion blindly.

The author is guessing that the papers come from the lawyers in the Obama divorce case.

If that proves to be so, then that's indeed a strong provenance for this document.

However, I don't believe that the author has shown that there is any compelling reason to think this, although it clearly is not an unreasonable speculation.

So screw what they are trying to say, all we care about is grammar?

Stuff White People Like #99: Grammar

White people love rules. It explains why so they get upset when people cut in line, why they tip so religiously and why they become lawyers. But without a doubt, the rule system that white people love the most is grammar. It is in their blood not only to use perfect grammar but also to spend significant portions of time pointing out the errors of others.

When asking someone about their biggest annoyances in life, you might expect responses like “hunger,” “being poor,” or “getting shot.” If you ask a white person, the most common response will likely be “people who use ‘their’ when they mean ‘there.’ Maybe comma splices, I’m not sure but it’s definitely one of the two.”

If you wish to gain the respect of a white person, it’s probably a good idea that you find an obscure and debated grammar rule such as the “Oxford Comma” and take a firm stance on what you believe is correct. This is seen as more productive and forward thinking than simply stating your anger at the improper use of “it’s.

Another important thing to know is that when white people read magazines and books they are always looking for grammar and spelling mistakes. In fact, one of the greatest joys a white person can experience is to catch a grammar mistake in a major publication. Finding one allows a white person to believe that they are better than the writer and the publication since they would have caught the mistake. The more respected the publication, the greater the thrill. If a white person were to catch a mistake in The New Yorker, it would be a sufficient reason for a large party.

Though they reserve the harshest judgment for professional, do not assume that white people will cast a blind eye to your grammar mistakes in email and official documents. They will judge you and make a general assessment about your intelligence after the first infraction. Fortunately, this situation can be improved if you ask a white person to proof read your work before you send it out. “Hey Jill, I’m sorry to do this, but I have a business degree and I’m a terrible writer. Can you look this over for me?” This deft maneuver will allow the white person to feel as though their liberal arts degree has a purpose and allow you to do something more interesting.

Don’t worry, it is impossible for a white person to turn down the opportunity to proofread.

LOL. Though there are many of us who do have much respect for “The New Yorker”.

nice try. you left out an Apostrophe (of all things). But there’s probably at least one extra in there, which would make it a wash.

I guess I have not been keeping up. I don't understand this comment:

we still do not know how a non pregnant looking Stanley Ann in swim suit dropped an 8 pound kid a few months later, but nothing in this has made any sense from the start.

Stanley Ann's divorce attorney:

George L. T. Kerr : In Memoriam

Chun, Kerr, Dodd, Beaman & Wong, with great sadness, reports the passing of one of its senior partners, George L. T. Kerr.

George Lambert Tickner Kerr was born December 18, 1933, in Englewood, New Jersey. He graduated from the Manlius School near Syracuse, New York, in 1951. He earned his A.B. degree in German and English at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, in 1955. He then attended Syracuse University College of Law, graduating in 1958. In the same year, he completed U.S. Navy Officer Candidate School in Rhode Island and was assigned to the 14th Naval District Legal Office, Pearl Harbor, where he served as a judge advocate.

After leaving the Navy in 1962, Mr. Kerr went to work as an attorney for Henshaw, Conroy and Hamilton, where he became a partner. In 1970, along with Ed Chun and Bill Dodd, he founded the firm today known as Chun, Kerr, Dodd, Beaman & Wong. Mr. Kerr specialized in business, corporate, securities and financial institutions law, and was one of Hawaii’s leading authorities in these areas. He received an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory, and was also named in The Best Lawyers in America as one of only seven Hawaii lawyers in that publication’s section on Corporate law.

Over a 20-year period, Mr. Kerr served as an arbitrator for securities and arbitration associations. He taught Securities Regulation Law at the University of Hawaii School of Law from 1975-1976 as a visiting professor. He had also been an instructor in English, German, Commercial Law and Real Estate Law for the American Institute of Banking, U.S. Armed Forces Institute and others from 1960 to 1974. He was a member of the Hawaii State, New York State and American Bar Associations and was admitted to practice before all Hawaii courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Kerr spent 24 years as a trustee of Le Jardin Academy in Kailua, and chaired the Board of Trustees from 1975 to 1987. He served as a moderator of Central Union Church from 1976-1977, and in 1997 was elected a trustee. He served on the board of directors of the Hawaii Conference United Church of Christ from 1976-1979, and was chairman in 1978-1979. He also was finance chairman of the Republican Party of Hawaii from 1991-1994.

Diagnosed with prostate cancer in January 1994, George devoted himself to helping other men with the disease. From 1995 until his death, he was regional director for US TOO! International, a prostate cancer support group network. He headed two prostate cancer support groups on Oahu, and started other groups on Maui and Kauai. In 1997, the American Cancer Society honored him with its Patient Service Award for his volunteer work. George died on August 20, 1998, at Saint Francis Hospice in Honolulu, just eleven days after being interviewed for a TV documentary on prostate cancer. The hour-long program was nationally broadcast on public television stations in June, 1999.

George Kerr’s death is a great loss to our firm, to the legal community, and to his wife, Elspeth (”Eppie”), and his two children, Keoki and Sissy. His intelligence, humor, and strength of character are sorely missed by everyone who knew him.

And, quite possibly, a re-write.

I’m skeptical too, however, according to this author, it’s been in a lawyers file, and had something to do with the divorce proceedings. At least, that’s the best I could glean from this.

I believe I know where this document originated from...

I'm not sure how much credence I would give anyone who can't even control English syntax.

As opposed to " originated to?"

LOL as a former teacher, I can assure you that this is not true. Most of my white students were uninterested in grammar of any kind.

More timing observations

January 20, 1964: Stanley Ann files for divorce (avers that she has lived in Hawaii for more than two years)

February 17, 1964: date document in question purportedly issued

March 5, 1964: Decree of Divorce issued

If it is real and proved irrefutably true it will make no difference. The Social Democrats and certain Republicans and conservative pundits will excoriate those who bring it forth and it will be simply politically ignored. Or, Hussein will admit to it and say well you can’t do anything about it and nothing will be done about it. An article of the Constitution will be officially abrogated and the rest of the Constitution will no longer have the standing that it still has. It has been ignored and violated much but never before with official the sanction it will get if Hussein now owns up to Kenyan birth.

If the Kenyan says its all true and is not removed from office, we have no law and are free to act in accordance.
