Dick Morris Believes Obama is "Right on the Cusp" of Dramatic Failure - Video 7/29/09

Here is video of Dick Morris tonight on The O'Reilly Factor and talking about President Obama's drive to get Government Health Care passed. O'Reilly asked Morris to compare the ObamaCare drive to the HillaryCare debacle in 1994, when President Bill Clinton failed to get Government Health Care passed. One big difference, Morris pointed out, is that Obama has this time bought off all the major players - AARP, Drug Companies, American Medical Association.

O'Reilly pointed out that Obama has been stupefyingly dull in his presentation of his Health Care Plan. When asked if Obama is going to succeed, or will there now be 3 1/2 years of chaos, Morris said it is "right on the cusp." If he fails to get Health Care and Cap and Trade - which Morris thinks he will fail - Morris believes he will then have the choice of moving to the center to try and survive or stay on Left and be a one-term President.

Morris is not always right by any stretch, but I believe he is right about this. These next four or five months will tell the tale on Obama. If he is defeated on both of these huge measures, he will be diminished dramatically. Let's hope Morris is right that he will fail on these two measures that would alter America for the worse. . . . . . (Watch Video)

I’m with you. obama is a complete and utter failure as President. He is quite possibly the worst thing to happen to this Country since the civil war. As far as I can tell, he hasn’t done a single thing that has had a positive effect on the Country. Sure, he’s helped a number of special interest groups, and he has pushed the fed towards a socialst/fascist nightmare. But he has done absolutely nothing that has made America better, safer, or more prosperous. As my younger son would say “epic fail.”

All these congress-critters are coming home to their districts.

I suggest we follow President Obama’s advice and get in their faces.

Find out where there is a town hall or any other event that your reps are attending and let them know what you think of ObamaCare.

We defeated amnesty twice under a Republican president. We can defeat this s_it.

He’s right about this. Jimmy Carter X 10. He was elected to assuage white guilt on the left. He had no knowledge or experience for the job, and he has shown it, from the economy, to foreign policy.

Way past the cusp, and falling into the abyss.

I lost respect for Bill when he did his interview with the fake president. He too was as gushy as Chris Matthews for O. sickening.

[Obama] is quite possibly the worst thing to happen to this Country since the civil war.

Obama hates America. More and more Americans will realize that, as his policies and involuntary verbal revelations unfold. More and more Americans will begin to hate him as they sense his hatred and contempt for them and feel the effect of his policies. Obama will not come to a good end in his relations with this country.

I’m hoping obama’s term as President ends prematurely with him starting a prison sentence for fraud and perjury. There are far too many unanswered questions about his eligibility. Far too much effort is being expended to keep his records sealed - there definitely is something there worth hiding. Nobody goes to this much effort just to be bloddy-minded about something. “Mr. transparency” isn’t. When they come out, he’s going in for a long stretch.

i did not think there was such a thing as an honest liberal. but dick morris seems more like an old fashioned jacksonian democrat. not the progressive, america hating, socialists that have infested the party.

Yes, I agree completely. People will never agree on every single political issue, but we are all americans, and we are all on the right of the totalitarian fascism that we face at this time.
