As pointed out. Even if they destroyed the paper copy of
his original birth certificate, a copy MUST, by law, be
on microfilm, or some other storage.
My guess is that both CNN and Hawaiian officials are lying through their teeth to protect this scumbag.
Fact is, if it existed Obama would be the first one to publicly display it.
So the Hawaiian Govt. just got rid of all official documents on births because why? Other states have also rid themselves of paper docs, they just scanned in the originals. I was going to say I can’t possibly see a govt ridding themselves of official docs, then I remembered this is nObama’s America now.
This guy is president of CNN, but is somehow completely unaware of the lawsuit brought by an officer on the grounds the President is not a legitimate citizen, and therefore cannot order him to deploy, and that a retired General has joined the lawsuit??
To me, this issue is the 'failsafe' card in the deck if Obama turns out to actually be an enemy of the Republic. He has already sided with the known despots and tyrants of the world, especially in our own hemisphere. Stands against the Honduran Constitutional Law, and for a Chavez wannabe. Anyone aspiring to become President must be able to prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that the are born in this country.
He gets too wild on the Marxist side... we have this one more thing to impeach him with.

Does anyone have a source for that? I know of a statement saying that a valid birth certificate was on file but where is it that Hawaii government officials said "there’s no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii."
Most people are not completely aware of the fact that almost every single record of nearly EVERYTHING, especially birth records goes into a national storage depot, this is a procedure that stills stand in effct since the start of the Cold War in case America was attacked by hundreds of nuclear weapons.
These are actual real records or copies of the highest order to protect the Archives of America.
Obamas “papers” or whatever he used all his life will be on file there. Its just a matter of having enough “push” to get a copy.Theoretically a high school student could have access, or it could very well be under a Presidential Seal and not to be released for oover a hundred years.

They converted to a digital system 8 years ago, the paper was discarded (as reported) and the original was an image-file original. So, when the press release was made (last year, 2008) they confirmed they have the original (everything digital....).
There’s no contradiction here...

I'm a simple person who has only one precious possession in this Obama birth certificate issue: My vote in the presidential elections in 2012.
So I say this to President Obama:
1. Do you really want my precious vote in 2012?
2. If you do, I say this: If you want to have any chance whatsoever of getting my vote in 2012, then you must (1) allow Hawaii to release your long form birth certificate, and you must (2) allow Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard to release your college records.
a. NOTE: Let me emphasize that I DON'T want the Obama camp to be the one who releases your long form birth certificate or your college records, because I don't trust you.
b. Instead, I want you to simply give Hawaii PERMISSION to release your 1961 long form birth certificate.
c. I want you to give Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard PERMISSION to release your college records.
d. That is, I don't want anyone from the Obama camp to touch your long form birth certificate or your college records before they are released to the public.
3. If you don't want to do what I demand above, that is your decision, a decision you have every legal right to make as I understand it.
4. However, if you don't want to meet my demands above, then there is no chance in Hell that I, and many other voters, will vote for you in 2012.
5. Let me know what you decide to do, but the longer you wait to respond to my demands, the angrier I will become and the less chance you will have of getting my vote in 2012.
