Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) inserted a last-minute 310-page amendment into the cap-and-trade climate change bill just hours before the bill reached a House vote last Friday evening, and the amendments included indecipherable provisions for something called a “central procurement state.”

Why aren’t the opposers of this legislation allowed to read the bill and speak out against it forcefully?

Oh, and the part about having to have a green certificate by an inspector also.???

I know, I know God is going to get me for that cheap shot, but what is a person supposed to do? Citizens and tax payers are getting it in the shorts and there is nothing we can do about it. I can't vote out a single person in the House who voted for this monstrosity. I can't stop the Senate from passing this piece of excrement. What am I supposed to do?

Waxman tried to shut him up but was turned flat

Not to wish the man evil but I hope he retires from ill health so to recover over the next decade and maybe he can get that nose fixed as well
