This is the only way to solve the iniquity problems in the work force where whites outnumber minorities.

You guys always want to make sure there is a catch, don't you? Why not have the name already preprinted? And you would require an applicant to actually show up??? According to Ginsburg, that would be per se racist if the whites showed up and the minorities did not.

"Slap to side of head" - just goes to show you the subtleties of racism. Don't you realize that these tests were offered on WHITE PAPER?!?! I mean how much more racist can you get, why not offer these tests on BLACK PAPER! This is obviously what the lady jsutice was talking about - right???
