If I remember correctly, the firm that was contracted by New Haven to write the test is known for making sure that the tests ARE NOT racially biased in any way. So, if a firm that specializes in creating non-racially biased tests has a test thrown out because it’s considered racially biased, then there can be no such thing as a fair test (based on race). Therefore, all tests are invalid? This is the logic of the 4 Supremes, it seems.

“What Soda does you get wit da numba 2 when you be in the Popeyes drive-tru?”

A- Grape Soda
B- Orange Soda
C- Red Creme Soda
D- There be no Grape o the Orange soda at the Popeye’s cause the Craka’s who be owning dem be racist.

I don't know how a liberal can justify punishing a white fireman because black firemen performed poorly on a test? Maybe they would change their simple minds if they got knocked out of their job by a less qualified minority. Promoting firemen based on race puts people's lives in danger and crushes the morale of an entire department.

Over the past few days I have heard radio listeners call in to talk about what this could possibly mean. These were people who claimed they did this sort of thing for a living.

According to the dipsy doodle powers that be, a test question in which, for example, a computer is mentioned is racist because some socio-economically disadvantaged people might not know what a computer is because they're too poor to own one.

Or if a question has a person in it named Tom or George, this is inherently racist because some cultures may be completely unfamiliar with names such as those, and so the test taker might be confused by this.

Yes, folks, IT'S THAT STUPID.

According to this stupid logic, you must then have separate tests for city people and country people; wealthy, middle class, and low-income people; attractive people and homely people; outgoing people and shy people; short and tall; thin and fat; and on and on and on.

There are a zillion differences in all the test takers. Everyone grew up differently and have different experiences and different educations, different everything.

I want to see EXACTLY where and how blacks are somehow cheated on this test or any other test.
